Tyler Everson graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering and Resilient Concrete. He began in the industry as a residential carpenter, building houses and garages. Through the years he has gained experience with project management while communicating with owners, contractors, and sub-consultants during extensive building projects. During Tyler’s career he has designed many projects, including but not limited to; apartment buildings, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, bridges, houses, garages, and retaining walls.
Jason is a detail-minded and effective leader with experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget while maintaining a customer and team focus. He has professional experience in the construction industry spanning over 30 years. He has managed teams ranging in size from 5-140+ employees, with varying skill levels, and has managed multiple jobs in multiple locations simultaneously. He excels at solving complex problems regarding scheduling and design to keep projects moving forward. He has experience working with a wide variety of building materials and has experience working with heavy machinery, in addition to numerous professional certifications.
